Yateley Industries was host to a team of absolute heroes from Hart District Council and their team volunteer day. The combined directorate and Community Service Team spent the day teambuilding and gardening on our site.
They laid siege to the overgrown foliage that was attacking the buildings and bungalows on our three-acre site.
As if this wasn’t enough, these gardening legends tidied up swathes of the green & garden areas and also cleared away our broken bbq & seating area, ready for us to rebuild and reclaim the space for recreation and wellness again.
It was so great to see the changes in the area around the site. They chatted with residents and staff working in the factory and made a huge difference to the grounds. Our residents are very pleased with the results. We certainly enjoyed having them on site for the day and think that they enjoyed the day too.
