We Value Our Customers
Our CEO spends at least a day each month in our supported factory learning how we do what we do, to enable our team to be able to complete jobs for our loyal customers, like Ethical Supplies who also highlight what we do by featuring us on their packaging.
There are only a few supported factories left in the UK (which is shocking) but what they do is provide equity, meaning and a living wage for disabled people of varying abilities and skills.
Our team want to contribute in a meaningful way and they want to be paid fairly for it. In order to do so, we need customers with an understanding of our social purpose and we are lucky to have many of them.
