At Yateley Industries we have 47 residential housing units for adults living with a disability

Living at Yateley

At Yateley there is a variety of residential housing units available and some of our residents have been living with us for over 30 years.

We have residential housing units to accommodate 47 adults living with a disability.

The residential accommodation faces ‘The Crescent’, a large, grassed area which residents may use for recreation or relaxing. This area has also been used for organised events from time to time.

We are passionate about our services, and we work to ensure that Yateley is a pleasant, friendly place in which all our residents enjoy living. The site covers more than 4 acres.

We understand the needs and aspirations of our tenants can change. We actively support our residents to ensure they are living in the most suitable properties to enable them to live independent lives. It is also important for us to get the best dynamic within shared accommodation.

We provide space onsite for a care provider who can deliver care services to residents who may require it.

We have a dedicated Estates and Maintenance Manager and team. If residents have any queries or problems the team will provide support. We aim to provide a service that ensures residents have accommodation where they are proud to live.

We have various types of accommodation:

  • Individual self-contained units.
  • Bedsits (living and sleeping area combined), with a kitchenette and a communal bathroom.
  • Shared accommodation where each resident has their own bedroom and shares a communal lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
