Inclusion for all.

Equality, Diversity &

Circle of people

Rooted in dedication, growing with purpose.

Yateley Industries was founded in 1935 by Jessie Brown who had a vision; to enable disabled people to live and work as independently as possible. Today Yateley Industries continues Jessie’s legacy and now, with a dedicated team of staff, encourages each individual to fulfil their potential, both at home and work.

Our “Live, Work, Learn, Play” approach allows people to engage across multiple aspects of life - for example, starting with a supported internship, moving into café work and eventually living independently.

What we do

Living at Yateley Industries

Living with us

At Yateley Industries, we provide 24/7 supported living for disabled adults, offering on-site support and optional domiciliary care tailored to individual needs. What makes us unique is our integrated approach — combining safe, supported housing with real, paid work opportunities and a vibrant social community.

Working at Yateley Industries

Working with us

At Yateley Industries, meaningful work is at the heart of what we do. We create opportunities for disabled adults to develop skills, confidence, and independence through supported employment in our factory and community café. From job coaching to internships, we help individuals take their next steps towards work and adulthood.

Learning at Yateley Industries

Community Hub

Our Community Hub is a vibrant, inclusive space where disabled and non-disabled people come together to work, learn, and connect. It’s a place built on belonging — offering everything from a community café and pantry to training, volunteering, and social activities as well as spaces to hire.

Activities at Yateley Industries

Activities

We run a year-round programme of activities for Yateley residents, staff, and the wider community, including accessible exercise classes, group outings, community meals, bingo nights, and creative workshops. Our programme is guided by regular feedback to ensure it reflects what participants enjoy most.
