At Yateley Industries, we offer 24/7 supported living for up to 47 disabled adults in our mixed use residential units. On-site support is available, with optional domiciliary care provided by The You Trust, tailored to each resident’s needs.

What makes us different is our unique approach - combining safe, supported housing with real, paid work opportunities and social activities, all in one place. This model helps build confidence, independence and community.

Our residents come from across the UK and our team members travel from Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire to be part of our supportive, inclusive work environment.
