J began volunteering in the café in September 2024, and it’s been truly transformative. His mum mentions how he really enjoys his Thursdays, often telling friends and family about his day, the people he’s met, and the new skills he’s learned. J hopes to keep developing with the wonderful team at Yateley Industries, who make him feel valued and safe—something so important for young adults with learning difficulties. Once he finishes college, he hopes to find a part-time paid job, ideally staying at Yateley Industries. Thank you for all the amazing support you give to our young adults.
