Neil's journey with disability began when his youngest daughter was born severely disabled in 2002, shaping his empathy and lifelong commitment to disability charities. That path led him to Yateley Industries, where his belief in the value of meaningful work for disabled adults has only deepened. This climb with his daughter Natasha pushed Neil to his limits and, thanks to incredible support, has made a real difference to the people at Yateley Industries.
