Employment
At Yateley Industries we offer meaningful, paid work in a supportive, skills-focused environment for disabled adults and people who need extra workplace support. Most roles are around 16 hours per week, usually spread across 2.5 days, and we pay the National Living Wage. Every team member receives on-the-job training, regular supervision and one-to-one job coaching so people can learn, progress and feel confident at work.
The roles
We’ve designed a variety of purposeful roles so people can find work that suits their strengths and interests. The nine role areas include:

Each of our roles are designed to give real world experience and help transition disabled people into mainstream employment, should they wish to do so.

Getting to work
We support travel to and from the factory through Access-to-Work style funding (AtW+), and can help people explore transport options that work for them. If travel support is needed, please tell us when you enquire.
